This list gives an overview of records by and with the Brazilian multi-instrumentalist Egberto Gismonti. It is ordered chronologically where the year refers, in general, to the time where the record was first released. All listed records are in LP format unless stated otherwise. Catalog numbers of CD (re) issues are preceeded by an '*'. Note that all ECM releases are available on CD and therefore no special indication is made in the list below.
It is likely that more records with Gismonti have been released in Brazil. Furthermore there is possibly a recording of Gismonti's orchestral piece 'Ritmos e Dancas' with Leo Brouwer as conductor (from Cuba). I would welcome any further informations on those records as well as on any other omissions.
